Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Gel strips are sealed in light-proof pouches so they stay soft until you open them.

Delivery time

Standard tracked delivery usually arrives in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak seasons can add a few days.

Shipping fees

Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotions such as free shipping are applied automatically when your order qualifies.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves us you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.

Storage tip on arrival

Semi-cured gel reacts to sunlight. If your parcel arrives while you are out, keep it somewhere cool and shaded and avoid opening the pouch until you are ready to apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.
