Refund / Return Policy

We want you to love your manicure. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What can be returned

• Unopened products in their original sealed pouch or bottle.
• Items that arrived damaged, leaking or different from what you ordered.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, gel strips that have been removed from their pouch and gel bottles that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
• We reply with return instructions; please do not send items to our office address.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
